Default 2007 Yamaha Big Bear 400 carb removal

I'm about to buy a 2007 Big Bear 400 IRS (is 1500 overpriced?) the only problem with it is the carb float is "sticky". If you let off the throttle it dies. How do I remove the carb? Is it like the late 90s BBs or did yamaha change it up, there's a vid on YouTube where a guy removes the carb from a 90s BBs.

The Big Bear never changed much especially the motor or carb. I find the carb on the Big bear right out in the open vs most other ATVs.
Go by the video you found. Getting the plastic out of the way will help make things much easier.

$1500 is great but I live in Canada where new and use prices are much higher.

Sure its not just your idle is set to low?

Wow...That is an amazing deal from where I'm at. Everyone is asking almost new prices for their used atv's.
