Tracking down electrical problems can be a nightmare, especially over a forum lol! I'm not real familiar with a Warrior's wiring, so we'll have to take it 1 step at a time. I'm not sure what a "buld side" is, but if the lights are dim, it could be several things like a bad ground, or the voltage regulator is not working correctly. The Warriors were also bad about wires rubbing the frame where they loop over the frame in the rear under the rear left fender. Make sure there are no bare wires touching anything metal.

Warriors are notorious for having ground issues. Usually the issue is in the kill switch area... but have been in other places. This was passed to me many moons ago in this list and it fixed my issues. I replaced the switch. Also, if the machine has been in water or mud a lot, then you may need to start a tedious process of looking at all your wiring.
If you are friends with an old Yamaha mechanic, you may try picking his brain. Or search the old threads. It would have been 7 or 8 years ago. Not sure if there is a search mechanism that goes back that far. This new Software is way different than the original list server software, and it was before they sold out to current owners.
