Question Can this new carb replace my OEM?

New to working on fourwheelers and such. Just got a yamaha moto 4 250 an carbs were leaking. I figured it was the floats sticking and I believe I was correct considering how horrid it looked in there, I honestly haven't seen anything that bad. Anywho put it back together and for some reason it wouldn't hold gas at all was thinkin a rebuild kit but said screw it and then went to go buy one. another OEM was $387... I don't think so. So I decided to buy a completely new carb for a 250cc ATV, Dirbike, etc. from motopartsmax.

I recieved the carb in the mail today and noticed... it doesn't quite look like the other one ( I must have not been paying attention worth crap).

I put one of those carbs on my '86 225, works great. It took a bit of modifying though. It's not a straight bolt-on swap.
