Default Name That Part?

I am in the middle of a top end rebuild on a 2008 Big Bear 250. I recently purchased this ATV with the expectation that the top end needs to be rebuilt. When examining the crankshaft I noticed this part sitting at the bottom of the case. I haven't tried to retrieve it yet. Any idea what it may be?

Looks like either a blamed drain plug or a broken stud and cap nut?

Thanks Guys. I went to pull it last night with a magnetic pickup tool and quickly realized that it was not metal. Thank you Papa Hogg Scoot and Old Polaris Tech for the input. Looks like it was part of the starter set. This was on my list of things to purchase because it was missing from the end of the choke cable when I purchased the ATV. Too bad the rest of the assembly was not attached to it. Thanks again for the help. I would have not figured it out until I eventually ordered the new starter set.

I appreciate the help. I confirmed that it was the choke cable nut. I had it on my need to buy list as it was missing from the choke cable. I wouldn't have figured it out until I finally got around to ordering a new one. Thank you!
