Oh ok, it has the same lever as the Timberwolf, guess it missed it the first time I looked. As I look at it again, I should have known it was for a plow. I guess they kept the plow? Most people use the winch to raise and lower their plow but if you don't have a winch, I can see having a lever like this to raise and lower it manually.

Here is my vin 4GB 58T30573 3806
From the chart I looked at it said mine is a 2007. Is that correct? I was thinking it was older than that.

Ok I might be stupid lets just get that out of the way.
Om my quad I noticed that the rear tires where on backwards. The valve stems where on the inside. So I switch them around. Now it looks narrower in the back. Is this correct?

I have just a little over $600 in it total. Not to bad. LOL

Happy with mine so far.
Don't like how it goes in reverse but I am getting use to it.

pretty bulletproof but things to watch for are intake carb boots (they are known to crack), rear axle splines hub splines and ring gear because of massive torque the bikes makes in low range. The u joints on the driveshafts especially the front. The carb needs to be cleaned and or rebuilt every once and a while. The transfer case has a gasket and they tend to leak they should be changed out every few years. The brakes need to be cleaned out and sliding parts lubricated every year or they seize up. The Kodiak 10 speed has the some of the lowest gearing Yamaha ever offered, you can turn 32" tires in peanut butter mud with one. The Big bear 350 10 speed had slightly taller gearing in low but could still pull just about any tire.
