Did you remove the intake and check it for cracks...leaks. These particular bikes are known to have intake problems.

I think we may have communicated in a different thread. Are you 100% sure that it's timed correctly? And are you also sure that the carb vent is free and vented to atmosphere? Can you blow into the carb vent line? Have you verified you have good fuel flow from the petcock? Have you opened up the carb bowl drain and see if you have fuel coming out? Have you installed a new plug recently? I think your just missing something simple....LOL....or I hope thats the case.

Just had a similar problem with an Arctic Cat 250. Unplug your regulator/rectifier, start it up and give it a few minutes. See if it clears itself up.
