Default Bruin 350 Issues :(

Ever since I fixed my 2005 Yamaha Bruin 350, it smoked like a chimney. I recently got around to replacing the piston and rings, but afterwards I ran into some issues.

-Valves are LOUD! Since the intake nut fell off, and I ran the bike without an intake nut the lobe on the cam may be messed up? Would like an opinion on that.

+ I'm wondering if the rocker arm is worn, or the cam lobe is worn. Which one is more susceptible to wear down first? Cam's are about $80 new, rocker arms are $35. Should I just go ahead and order both and replace? I'm trying to sell the bike to upgrade to a dual sport dirt bike but no one wants it with valve noise although I think it's an easy and cheap fix.

Video of the noise:
