Yamaha 600 Grizzly 4x4 1998 Tire Question
I recently order tires for my old Yamaha 600 Grizzly 4x4 1998. The Front tires are 25x8-12 and the Rear tires are 25x10-10 but unfortunately I was received 25x10-12 for the Rear. It has been damn near impossible to find 25x10-10 tires ANYWHERE. I reached out to the company I ordered from hoping to do a trade but they said their factory does not carry these. I was curious if I could just trade out the actual wheel rim on the back to make the 25x10-12 fit since I wouldn't mind them a bit larger. Will 4/110 ITP Steel Wheel 12x7 5.0 + 2.0 work on the back and fit the larger tire? It's going to cost me more to ship the tires back than what I actually spent on all four so I'd prefer to keep them.
Much appreciation to anyone that can shed some light on this for me.

As long as the tyre OD is the same, which they are, you can fit bigger wheels. The hole centres and offset needs to be the same. IRS bikes tend to have a different offset to swinging arm ones. I'm very surprised that a bike of that size has 10" rears, even Honda, who persist with 11" rears for the 420, use 12" wheels on 500s and over.

Here's a good deal on some 12" Douglas Diablo wheels from Rocky mountain atv https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...heel?23&v=1795. They do have a couple more wheels in black(this same one in fact) for the same price but they only had one of each. Obviously you need 2. These do look nice though. I guess you can always paint them black if you want. They will supposedly fit your 1998 Grizzly 600 on the rear, at least that's what they claim. Probably be a good idea to contact them and make sure before you order.

I did change the post, so you might want to check again. The first wheel I posted when I checked how many they had, it said 1. Well one wheel wouldn't do you much good. These silver wheels they say they have 5 left of so you shouldn't have a problem getting a pair of them. They're not black as you wanted but that might not really matter that much to you anyway. They do claim to be really strong, 1000 lb weight rating for each wheel, which would make them strong enough for a utv. A bit heavy but the steel wheels are all heavy too.

That was the idea. I was just pointing out that I changed my post after he read it. I posted a different link to a different set of wheels. The other set I originally posted was a closeout item and there was only one wheel left. He needed a pair so I posted a different link to a different wheel that had more remaining in stock.
