I've had this 125 since it was made it's a great little ride and I've been trying to fix it up for my little cousins to ride but I can seem to catch a break. It was sitting for I while due to transmission issues I pulled it apart and fixed those filled her with gas and she fired right up. Ran for 30 mins and shut off. I thought it was the head gasket and I pulled the head off checked everything and replaced it.. It has plenty of compression. But now it wants to run but when it fires it exhausts out the intake and exhaust port I couldn't find anything on setting the camshaft timing but I did see the arrow on the head and dot/hole on the camshaft and I figured they had to line up while piston was at tdc. But I could be wrong if anyone has any incite into this I'd be very greatful..

 

It sounds like its tdc n timed right but i have zero experience with that exact machine.

Check vale lash cold and make sure everything's in spec. See if you can lookup the timing mark set up too.
