In 2016 the series has scheduled 7 points races and an additional set date on September 3rd that is currently open as part of the schedule. The series is set to kick off at one of the east coasts premier TT Tracks in Kinston. North Carolina for a double round as round one and two follow each other in back to back days.
From there the series will stay in North Carolina and return to Wadesboro, North Carolina which held an AMA EDT round last season but is now under new ownership in 2016.
The series will then head north to a brand new track being built at Twisted MX park in Michigan which is near the home of the multi-time EDT Pro Champion Harold Goodman, who has already rode the track and assisted in the development of this brand new track.
Following the round at Twisted MX the series will head to Pine Lake Raceway which will be in it’s 47th year of holding the yearly annual ATV TT race which is sure to surpass last years entries of 321 and is by far the biggest race in TT racing.
After Pine Lake, racers will head back south to Busco Beach ATV park, which was the 2015 NE EDT Track of the year. The September 3rd date still is an open round and stay tuned as the series works on the schedule for that date.
The series will then head back up north to Hamlin Speedway, which is one of the top North East dirt tracks and will be home to the final round of the 2016 season. This Hamlin track will be developed and build by one of EDT Pro Riders, Brian Ace, who has been known for some of the best tracks when he helped design and build several TT Tracks used by the North East EDT series.
