After Strong Showing At The Mint 400, Segway Opens Super Villain Preorders

They’ve proven what it can do. Now you can own one.
Segway Powersports stormed into the 2026 Mint 400 and wasted no time making a statement. The McKinney, Texas-based brand made its first-ever competitive appearance at the legendary Las Vegas desert race, which is part of the American Off-Road Racing Championship (AORC) series, and came away with a UTV Stock Modified class podium finish right out of the gate.

Flying the Segway Factory Racing banner, driver Jacob Zuccone and co-driver Samantha Rode lined up for one of the toughest off-road events in North America aboard the all-new Super Villain. Racing in the highly competitive UTV Pro Stock Modified class, the machine turned in a standout performance and finished third in class, earning a P3 podium spot in its very first Mint 400 appearance.
That alone would have made for a big weekend, but Segway added even more fuel to the buzz by officially announcing the Super Villain’s MSRP at $33,999. With its Mint 400 showing serving as a real-world proof point for the vehicle’s capability, Segway is clearly using race results to back up the hype surrounding one of the industry’s most anticipated new side-by-side launches.

Pre-orders for the Super Villain are now open through authorized Segway Powersports dealers nationwide, giving eager buyers their first shot at locking one down. For a brand making its Mint 400 debut, landing on the podium and rolling straight into a national pre-order launch is one heck of a way to introduce yourself.
