Ask the Editors: 110cc Head Bolt Torque Numbers

Go over all the bolts and see if it solves your problem.
This is actually several questions so let us break them down. It is possible that tightening the cylinder bolts will solve all of your issues in one fell swoop, assuming of course that the only reason it is leaking in the first place is that these bolts have loosened up due to vibration.

If, on the other hand, you overheated the engine to the point of cylinder warping, you would also experience a gap at the head gasket junction that wouldn’t be fixable simply by tightening up the bolts. Additionally, and especially on off-brand machines, sometimes the head gasket itself simply deteriorates away over time. Again, if this is the case, a new head gasket would be the correct fix before simply getting the bolts tightened up to the proper spec.
You are, however, correct, in the fabled tradition of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) by eliminating the simplest culprit first and crossing more complicated bridges only when you come to them. Get a decent torque wrench and begin to tighten up the cylinder bolts to the following specifications and see if that solves your problem. Off-brand ATVs make it very difficult to find reliable spec numbers but the following chart should get you in the ballpark:
