Ask the Editors: Covering an ATV with Windshield
A few years ago, people looked at you funny when you said you were looking for a cover for your ATV. These days there are hundreds of solid choices available from just about every chain imaginable (even places like Home Depot, Bass Pro and Tractor Supply all carry their own) for prices ranging from $20 – $300.
Aside from superficial choices like color and style, these days you have to ask yourself if the cover is just to keep dust off in a barn or whether it will be required to withstand the outdoors through the winter. Will it need to be trailer-able (meaning have its tie down points). There’s a lot to consider.
Taking all of these factors into consideration – one cover we’ve used that seems designed to compensate for the additional height your windshield and 2-up seat add to the mix is Kolpin’s 95104 size XX-Large (95″ l x 50″ w x 50″ h).

Just be aware that it’s considered light duty – so if it’s meant to be holding down the fort during blizzards, it may not be the best choice. It does, however, make use of internal reinforced tie down grommets so ratcheting it good and tight is certainly doable.
One can be had for $54.99 on Amazon.
