Dear ATVC: Has anyone ever heard of atv rider Joshua Kritzeck? And is that a Honda 700xx?
Josh Kritzeck is still an active ATV enthusiast and tuner and, amazingly, has authored several books on extracting power from performance quads under pen-name JR Kritz.
And you are right on the money with the ATV in the background of his photo (top). That’s the front end of the Honda 700XX (2208-2009); powered by a 686cc single cylinder, 4 valve, electronically injected fuel engine, with electric start and a 5-speed manual transmission and reverse. Bone stock was good for nearly 90mph but we have a feeling Josh’s might have been faster still.
