What you have there is an HJS. While we can’t tell for sure just based on the grill alone, their most popular machine is the BIGHORN 200 VXL. These vehicles are pretty neat in that they target the market segment between a dedicated UTV and a golf cart. Some die hard off-roaders might think that’s a bad thing but remember- a lot of communities allow golf carts to be used on the road. The Bighorn slides into this loophole no questions asked.
However, the VXL isn’t their only model. They offer a 450 EFI 4×4 with dump bed that is decidedly more UTV than golf cart. And if it goes back a few years like you suspect, the Mirage models preceded the BIGHORNS.
There’s even an electric/ gas hybrid model (the EV5) on the line these days.
If knowing your model is keeping you from sleep, pick up the phone and call an HJS dealer like Turbo Powersports and give them that VIN #. They’ll be able to tell you the exact year and model of yours.
