Since the news was confirmed that Honda was indeed entering the high-performance, 1000cc sport SxS class, the big question has been one of pricing. Just how much is Honda going to ask for these new beasts?

We’ve finally got the answer: Of the pair, the Talon X is the more compact platform. Designed for woods and trail work,the Talon X MSRP comes in at $19,999.

The wider and longer longer-travel Talon R is designed for desert work and more wide-open conditions. It will retail for $20,999.

Both models are expected to be on showroom floors this spring.
