Segway and their Super Villain SX20T are off to Vegas.

With the ‘Best In The Desert’ Silver State 300 successfully behind them, the Segway Factory Racing team—led by driver Jacob Zuccone and co-driver Samantha Rode—is set to take on the historic Vegas to Reno. Behind the wheel of the Segway Super Villain SX20T, they’ll tackle the brutal 500-mile point-to-point desert race that pushes drivers, machines, and teams to their absolute limits. This is more than just a race—it’s the ultimate proving ground.

Jacob Zuccone stated, “We’ve put in countless hours dialing in the new Segway Super Villain SX20T, and now it’s time to put it to the test at one of the most iconic races in offroad history—Vegas to Reno. This race is no joke. It’s long, brutal, and demands everything from both driver and machine. We’ve done the testing. Now it’s time to race.” Segway Powersports has partnered with Star Stream to deliver a front-row seat to all of the action as the Segway Factory Racing team tackles 500-miles of Nevada desert. Using Star Stream’s cutting-edge “In-Motion Live Video” technology powered by Starlink, viewers can experience the adrenaline of the race in real time—straight from inside the Segway Super Villain SX20T.

“Partnering with Segway Powersports to stream the Vegas to Reno race is next level,” said George Hammel, founder of Star Stream. “Our goal has always been to bring enthusiasts inside the action, and there’s no better way to do that than live from inside the Super Villain blasting across the desert. With Segway’s innovation and our tech, this is going to be a game-changer for off-road race coverage.”

Follow along on race day, August 15th, as Jacob Zuccone and Samantha Rode kick off their 500-mile journey at 10:30am PST. Catch every moment live at www.segwaypowersports.us/live, powered by Star Stream.
