Loggy style. The dangers of a deep, dark mud pool are picking up something like a giant log as you power through. The danger of picking up a giant log is… well, you’ll see.

This should be a good place to stand. This aspiring videographer thought he had a good view of the mud action from a safe distance but factor in slippery terrain, ruts, a wheelie and by the end these guys were saying hi from a very short distance indeed.

Riderless Renegade. They say ATVs are incapable of emotions and thus forced to do whatever their pilot asks of them. Sometimes, though, one gets the feeling they let their rider know when they’ve had enough and decide to attempt the mud pit without one.

Not afraid to move around. When it comes to finding traction, weight distribution is everything. This guy gets it. Even more amazing is he manages to demonstrate it effectively in his underwear.

Call of the wild. You’d certainly be forgiven for mistaking this mud-lover in action for some sort of mythological red-eyed, howling, swamp monster. Look away children, lest have nightmares. Or ambitions of becoming a mud monster yourself.

One more try. This would-be mudder shows off for his friend’s camera with a successful crossing. Sometimes going back for seconds isn’t he best choice for keeping one’s socks dry, however.
