And for my latest trick… wink wink. Crashing is not a matter of if but when. Sometimes, though, it can look almost like a deliberate act of skill. In the case of this guy’s side-by-side climb fail, he certainly did his best to play it off that way for the camera.

First at…something. In a perfect world, being the first off the line should automatically mean enjoying the lead for a while but as this week’s clip demonstrates, sometimes being first out of the gate simply means the first to take a hard digger. Ouch!

Worst case scenario: Averted. At first this clip looks like a hill-climb attempt gone disastrous till you stop and look at the sheer number of things that could have happened here. Trees, machine on man, man’s riding gear being mistaken for pajamas. In the end, we’re going to chalk this whole thing as a win.
