As hard as it is to imagine now, there was once a time in recent history when quad racing meant the sweet scent of 2-stroke oil, a slight blue exhaust haze in the air and the music of braaaaps bouncing off the trees.

These days the thumping of 4-strokes and the silence of electric motors have all but extincted those glory days but there are a few pros around burning castor oil if you look hard enough.

Cole Richardson is one such rider and here he is at practice aboard his brand new 250R, playing a 2-stroke symphony for us all.
