Donation of Rhino Vehicles to NOHVIS, WATVA and WPDA Promotes ATV Land Access Rights
The three donated vehicles include a 2006 Rhino 660 4×4 and two 2006 Rhino 450 4x4s. WATVA plans to use two of the units in its fundraising efforts, allowing them to promote a positive image of ATV and SxS riders through safety, education and responsible use. The third, a Rhino 450 4×4, will be used by WATVA to support its various events and help educate enthusiasts across the state on the benefits of safe and responsible riding.
“NOHVIS and its affiliates work hard to foster a positive image of ATV and SxS riders, as well as support the millions who enjoy recreational off-road sports,” said Randy Harden, founder and president of NOHVIS and president of WATVA. “We are very pleased to have Yamaha on board providing valuable resources that will help us put into place productive programs to continue our mission. Yamaha has shown great leadership and strong support for land access rights and the betterment of the sport.”
“Yamaha is an avid supporter of land access rights and safe, responsible riding,” said Mike Martinez, Yamaha General Manager of ATV & SxS Operations. “By supporting organizations like NOHVIS and WATVA, Yamaha can reach communities on a grass roots level and help to improve the image of ATV riders everywhere while encouraging enthusiasts to respect the sport and the environment.”
