baja 110cc ATV (TAOTAO) Won't idle
 

Help, our daughters Baja 110atv was having prob. starting & running. We took carb apart cleaned, reassembled. Now it will run, kinda, as soon as you let off the gas it dies. It will not idle, I can ride it, but if you let off, it dies. There are 2 screws on carb, one of bottom for drain and 1 on right side, this screw does not have a spring...it does not look like an idle adjustment screw...any ideas?:confused:
