Thanks for the very complete review..
I gotta wonder if the reason you got a 2009 is because Tao Tao dosent have the CARB and or EPA certs to sell anything past 2009.. Jetmoto was selling 2007 models in 2008 (but only in Ca because of the same reason.
No clue on why a 250 is a 200.. kinda deceptive..
Looking forward to hearing more as time goes on..
