Hello, I am new here, but have browsed the site several times.

I have a 2007 Shineray Speedee 150cc auto. I bought it for $120 from a friend who had not ridden it in over a year. The front right spindle was broken, and it would not start. I replaced the spindle and began to work on the running part. At first, it would not even turn over.

This is my first atv / scooter / bike.
I have a good amount of experience with fixing cars.

I replaced the battery, spark plug, carb, petcock, and all of the vacuum and fuel lines. It is getting fuel, and spark and has compression. Yesterday, I adjusted the valves. There was no clearance at all. Now, there is .004"

I've followed all the steps on Motorcyclephillipines.com reqarding GY6 starting problems.

It turns over, but will not start. I am out of ideas. Please help.
