i have a chinese atv that wont fire, i have .019 kilo ohms on kill switch pin
with all switches on ac power pin i have 414 ohms timing trigger pin .144 ohms 42 volts on ignition power pin while cranking 0.1 volt on timing trigger while cranking cdi pin to ground .4 ohms ignition coil to ground while cranking is 0 volts what can be the problem |

with all switches on ac power pin i have 414 ohms [Good] timing trigger pin .144 ohms [Good] 42 volts on ignition power pin while cranking [Good] 0.1 volt on timing trigger while cranking [Low, but maybe OK. Does the reading reliably read 0.1 volts, and does this reading reliably go to 0.0 volts when the starter isn't being cranked?] cdi pin to ground .4 ohms [I'm not understanding this... What CDI pin to ground?] ignition coil to ground while cranking is 0 volts [If your kill switch pin really is grounded hrough 19 ohms then this reading is what I would expect.] what can be the problem |
