Chinese 110cc Quad Won't Turn Over

I purchased a used 110cc quad for my kids for Christmas. Recently they were riding it in the snow and Carburetor Cap rattled off, I was in close proximity so I was able to turn the kill switch to off as it was stuck wide open. Luckily there was a snow bank to cushion their fall. I was unaware that the cap had rattled off and concluded the wreck was due to operator error. I turned the switch back to on and tried to start it. It turned over a couple times and then wouldn't turn over at all. I've since screwed the carburetor cap back on and I can't get it to turn over. All I hear is a single click sound when I attempt to start. Where should I start?

Sounds more like a battery issue, check your battery cables and make sure its charged.

You wiggled a wire loose probably, check wires that go to hand brake, tether cord and anything by the carb, wiggle & work, happens all the time.

true. test battery, test through solenoid, if voltage is >12 on battery and it only "clicks", jump the solenoid as your solenoid may be weak. if battery is low, then it won't have enough juice to properly activate your solenoid. you can always jumpstart your battery from your car/truck. those are some things to look at. but make sure all of your safety interlocks are satisfied for cranking, such as the left handlebar brake switch, kill switch/ off/on/off switch.
