Default 2007 Panther 110 RX4 Lights Not Working

So, it seems that most posts regarding lights not working never get "finished" so I had to post this one...

I need help figuring out why my lights aren't working.

I've got new bulbs in the headlights and a new switch (handlebar switch). The new handlebar switch has 3 positions for the lights:
Dim / Off / Bright
Here is a link to my handlebar switch (can't post pics yet): Handlebar Switch 06 for Chinese Atvs - Ms273-06 - Atv Handlebar Switches - Handlebar Switches - Chinese

Each headlight has 3 wires: White, blue, gray (or green - I'm color blind). I am sure though that the white and blue provide power to each one (high/low beam) though as the gray/green wires are all ground wires on my ATV.

I'm not finding voltage at the switch when everything is turned on (ignition key on, motor running). I've put the negative lead of my multi-meter to ground but not a single post inside the light switch is showing voltage. Connectors for each headlight show no voltage either.

My brake light works but the tail light does not.

So, any advice on which direction I should start looking in would be greatly appreciated!

You need to find the wire that is bringing power to the switch and fix it..is it broken? does it have a bad connection? or no power at the source?

Update... So, the engine has to be running AND, the light bulbs have to be correctly placed so the contacts for Hi/Low beam make contact! Got those working, then moved to the tail light... Dielectric grease and a little cleaning of those contacts got that working! Geesh! It's the simple things that are going to kill me!

Sorry for the senseless post!!!!
