Companion UVX 500 SE Side by Side

I just purchased a used 2008 Companion XUV 500 SE with a CF Moto 500 engine.
I am having trouble trying to find the manufacturer of this side by side. Kymco and CF Moto says it is not one of their products. Does anyone know the manufacturer and where I can get a shop manual for it. I have been looking for days online to find out!!
