I bought my daughter a used 90cc Sunl. It was working fine and then she cut it off. Nothing since, the battery has charge, but nothing. I have installed a new start switch because the old one was kind of messed up anyway, and I have previously put a new ignition switch and cdi on it. Please help.

 

I meant to mention that the magneto has some torn thread on the pack itself, could this be causing the problem?
