won't idle
 

My neighbor has a chinese quad panterra and it will not idle unless the choke is full on, have cleaned carb but will die after a few seconds unless choke is on even after warm.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks for now

Blocked jets. Clean the carburettor out again, and look through each jet before re-fitting, to ensure you got the dirt out.
