does a 50 cc 2 stroke carb need vacum to get fuel .

The petcock might need vac to open.

All carbs need a vacuum to suck air and fuel through them.

I wasn't sure of what he meant too.

Suzukis use a vacuum operated fuel tap. Most other makes don't, so don't have a vac line. Do you have a vacuum operated tap, or vacuum operated fuel pump?

no theres no vac pump on carb ive bought a new carb it dont wanna suck fuel in it

im gonn a do a pressure test on it ,
