Sunl 110cc quad won't start
Unit will not start. We have replaced the battery and starter. We have 12 volts at the battery. When I hit the start button, all we hear is the starting turning, the engine doesn't turn over at all. This unit does not have a kick start or pull start at all. Thoughts on what to do check/do next?

Check the battery is on the right way round, negative earth, it should blow the main fuse if you fit it backwards but someone else on here managed it recently and the starter runs backwards if you do. If that is OK then either the chain has broken or isn't on properly or the one way starter clutch has failed. Either way, take the flywheel cover off and see what is happening when the starter is turning. If the chain is driving the big sprocket but the flywheel doesn't move, the one way clutch has failed.
