ATV 110cc oil pump doesn't pump oil to the head.

Hi, i realised that oil isn't pumping into the head. I was fixing timing, and i noticed that cam sprocket is completely dry and also gets very hot that starts to smoke. Can it be oil pump bad or somerhing else?
