Default nerf bar question

I'm getting ready to invest in some nerf bars. I was looking at the Graydon and the AC. My question is can both of these nerf bars be used in conjunction with the gyt-r heel guards and the gyt-r skid plate?

My AC's came with heel guards, but they are the pro pegs. Pretty sure you are going to have to notch your skids though.

The DG's have a flat piece up in front of the motor and the bolts go through the frame, the actaul part of the nerf bars slide in and screw into the flat piece, really cool and easy to put on!!

Someone told me that they would bend a little easier because of the bracket, looking for a set of nerfs for my brothers warrior.

I have done some serious jumping and have not had any bending so far... They are a good quality nerf bar and I would recommend them to anyone!! Just make sure that it is bolt on to the frame tightly...
