I want all opinions and information that can be given on whether Toomey T-5's (not T-6's) or DMC 916 (not alien) are better for Banshee power increases. I only have what is listed in my description on my quad, and I expect to keep the mods down to minimal after pipes are bought. Thank you.

 

I would say that it depends on where you ride. The Toomey is a top-end pipe, the DMC is a mid pipe. If you ride trails, sand pits, MX, etc., I would go with the DMC. If you ride on backroads and fireroads and in the dunes, I would go with the T5's.

 

yeah, from what hear that's correct, however, the dual dmc's sound SOOO nice!!!!

 

dont get either go CPI in frame drag pipes more power then both same price!!!

 

I personally wouldn't choose for CPI if you ride places where you need mid-range power. It's all about top-end with the CPI. Sure it does make more power. But does it make more usable power on a MX track or on trails? IMO it's not about which pipe makes the most peak horsepower. It's about which pipe makes the best power for your application.
The CPI would be a great pipe for dragracing and duning though.

toomeys are better for duning

 

my buddy has toomeys and they sound sweat the look awsome he also rejeted and has a open airbox and the boost bottle a really noticed a big gain

 

The toomey's are the way to go they arent all about the top end, mine gave me a nice midrange gain as well, if you dont mind me asking why are you not considering the T-6 i have riden both T-5's and currently use the T-6 and i think they are a great pipe
