I just got my '00 XR250 rev box today and installed it on my 400EX.
Well there is no longer a rev limiter on the bike and seems to gain a few RPMs.
The biggest area I noticed a difference was in the top-end.
I still don't know yet if it was worth the $90.00
I will ride it more this weekend!

THe bike is basically stock right now except for the usual:
K&N FILTER
155 MAIN JET
White Bros. E-series Exhaust
14 tooth front sprocket

I used to hit the rev limiter in every gear I thought a little too early so this eliminated that.

Does this one change the timing like the white bros. is supposed to?

From what I understand White Bros. is buying these exact parts off Honda and jacking the price up and calling them their own so I would guess it does the exact same thing.
That is what my local Honda dealer told me anyway.
