Raptor axle?

Default Raptor axle?

I bought an extended axle for my raptor but i cant get the big nut on the right side of the swingarm off my stock one. Is it a left hand thread or a regular thread? If anyone nows can you help me out please thanks.

Default Raptor axle?

No one has an extended axle on a roptor on this forum. No one can help me out. Is it just really tight because its the first time taking it off.

regular thread. Make sure you are turning one nut at a time, as a matter of fact turn the outside one left while turning the inside one right and that should work fine.

And be sure both of the setscrews are ALL the way out.

Yep, 33 hit it. Seems the inner nut often loosens up from the brake hub and effectively tightens against the outer nut and they kinda lock together. Re-tighten the inner to break the "lock" and then try to loosen the outer. My stock 01 does this constantly even when torqued to spec and following the Yam procedures.
