LBL Turkey Bay OHV

How strick are they at Turkey Bay regarding kids under 16 being on a bike over 90cc? According to their regulations, "No person under age 16 may operate an ATV with an engine size exceeding 90 cc displacement and no person under age 12 may operate an ATV with an engine size exceeding 70 cc, according to Kentucky state law."
I have a nephew in Indiana who is ten and rides a 250. I didn't want to plan a weekend at LBL if his age is a problem.
Thanks for any feedback...

I have been taking my son to LBL with me for 7 years now and he has never had a legal quad. For the last few years it has been a 250 4x4 Cat at age 10 and 11. He started on a Breeze at 5. This year he is on a Blaster at 12. We have never had any problems or been questioned. When you go to fill out the paperwork just have him stay in the truck and don't draw attention to himself. Then stay away from the gate house and don't get stupid in the parking lot.
I've seen them kick people out for being underage, drinking, riding double and no helmet. I've been there several times with my son and other outlaw riders and never had any trouble what so ever. Even talked with some rangers before and they didn't say anything at all. Just make sure he acts mature, doesn't draw attention and is not seriously under sized for his quad. Oh and register the quads in your name.
