First of all, does my son's 2001 Polaris Scrambler 90 have the same motor as the Sportsman 90 and Predator 90? I would like to do a few things to make it a little faster. Does anyone make a pipe and jets to fit it? Also, I would like to buy some paddles. Any other info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

D&D Racing out of Texas makes a good pipe for the Scrambler 90. They claim 14 mph increase on the top end. I guess that motor is just waiting to be modded. My buddy put it on the bike for his doughter (got it chromed first), got rid of the airbox, and mounted a K&N right on the carb, did some rejetting, and it's a fast little bike now. He ended up having to build a +2 swingarm to keep the front tires down.

 

I ordered the D&D pipe last week. I was also looking at a K&N or an UNI. But that area gets a lot of dirt. Did you build a box around it?
