OK GUYS I LOVE THIS FORUM AND YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN A GREAT HELP ALL I NEED NOW IS THIS HOLESHOT MODULE YALL KEEP TALKING ABOUT .AND SOMEBODY SAID SOMETHING ABOUT A SWITCH WHAT IS THE SWITCH FOR? AND IF YOU HAVE THE MODULE DOES IT PERFORM OR SHOULD I WAIT FOR THE BIG BOY CDI TO COME OUT ? THANKS

trailride, Yes the module does work. The switch you are refering to will switch it from module or back to stock without taking anything apart. It installs in about 5 minutes for the whole thing switch and all. The main question now is whether you should get the Canadian module or the Holeshot. I have the holeshot and it sounds like it might be a little more subtle than the canadian brand. Look at my post...holeshot module (my results) and I described my experience and got some good feedback from others.

 

I just installed the Holeshot module. Easy install. I did not install the switch yet. I will determine at a later date if I need to. The reason to install a switch is I have yound sons that I occassionally let them ride my Praire around the yard. The Holeshot module is the best mod for the Prairie 650 next to replacing the stock tires.
