I just wanted to know if anybody on this forum lifted weights and if so, what is your max at benching? Just give me ur age and ur weight and ur max. Heres mine:

Yes I lift weights.
25 years old.
320lbs.
415 max.
That max was a year ago and I have gotten alot stronger since. Just dont see the need in maxing out just tends to hurt muscles.

I lift but I'm just a weeny. Don't know what I'd max. My boss lifts religiously, and has put up 450. Big boy. I say yes sir to him.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I started lifting when I was in the 8grade. My senior year in high school I maxed 485. I was in power lifting competitions then. Stoped working out for about 4 or 5 years and about a year ago started again. I work out 3 to 4 days a week. I fill I'm stronger now than in high school.

i started liftin a few months ago and then i could barley do my weight so i have gotten a lot stronger. i guess its pretty good for how old and how mouch i weigh.

I am 19 years old and have lifted weights since I was in 9th grade and my max at bench pressing is 315 as of last week, my friend got up 420 and he is the same age as me, a little vitamin s doesn't hurt anyone!!
