Default neutral safety switch bypass???

My brother rides with me all the time with a 2000 p400 4x4 it is a very reliable bike, but it has two things that he wishes it didnt. Neutral safety, and full time 4wd instead of selectable. I think the neutral safety should be an easier problem to overcome. This makes it so you have to have it in neutral before it will start. Has anyone out there tried bypassing this switch, I have not looked at very close yet, wanted to know if it has been done or tried before. Im sure it has.

won't it be cool for the 400 to have a warn 2x4 or 4x4 selectable... I know they have Hondas but I don't know if it would work on a 400. The 400 you can not kill I put 24000km on my last P400 98. The neutral was an impossible thing for me to do however with the newwer one it might be possible.

Damn, how do you rack up so many miles do you drive it to work everyday or use it for work? If not thats alot of playtime on your hands Yeah I will have to check with warn and see if they have anything for the 400.
