Default just finished modding my tb

I put the aaen pipe, silencer, a jet kit, k&n filter, and clutch kit on my tb250.Thanks for all the help from all of you, especially 2manytoys and talonhawk.Anyway this thing rips alot harder and i race my dad in his lakota sport which is heavily modded with pipe and all the other performance parts,on top end it is very close on top speed between the two and in a drag i kill him bad.The only mistake i think i made was,i got a dial a jet kit, this thing is hard to put on than the regular needles, their is just to many tubes and drilling to do.My next thing is to get new tires maybe holeshot or razr's for better traction.Well thinks guys.

I was wondering if it helps to drill holes in the airbox or just removed the lid, does this help the power of the tb.

I would just remove the air box all together but if you do any water
riding you will have to watch out for water getting into the carb.
You can remove the air box lid for some power gains.

Well it depends if you ride in water or not. If not then I would go with a slip on airfilter like a K&N or uni filter. If you do ride in water then I would leave it alone.

2manytoys is right about the lid. You can cut the black tub that sticks
down inside the air filter off. Just leave about an inch. This black piece
of plastic seals the top of the filter and keeps dirt from entering the carb.
This should give you some power gains along with the K&N air filter.
Check your plug because you may have too re-jet.
