I am 15 y/o about 215 lbs and 5'11 (Yes am big) this is my first atv, I want a sport atv which one is good for me?

 

I just got a KFX 400 and its sweet. I'm your same dimensions too...and let me tell you it fits me perfect. I think that it handles and jumps good...even with me being bigger than alot of the riders I see. Its a hard decision to make, I feel the 400 is a good chioce though.

 

Being 15 you may have a hard time buying a ATV that you like due to your age. Many ATV's are for operators 16 and older.

 

is there anything i can do to get it at 15 except buy used?

 

Put it in a parents name and then transfer it over later after you turn 16. Some places MIGHT just sell to you anyway.

 

Well when im 15 and ride a KFX 700 V-Force, what quad are you looking for? Were will you be riding?, What kind of conditions? If your going used I would say go get a 400ex, they are real cheap because the market is flooded with them. I have seen some used and pretty well representing and well modded for $3500 and some even less.

 

My parents bought me a Beartracker from the dealer. They made them sign a form that said no one under 16 will be riding it, but it was mine and nobody else rode it. I now have a Warrior and love it. They are extremely reliable. I'm 15, 5' 11" and 140 pounds. I'm not quite as big as you Mikeygaga, but the Warrior is extremely roomy for tall people.

 

im 6'4 and 350lbs and i am going to buy a quad i have never ridden before but i want something manual and will pull me no problem
