I received information that the state of Indiana has bought 5,600 acres in Southern Indiana. I have a clipping from the Press-Dispatch Thursday, April 6,2000. The headline reads "DNR trying to decide what to do with new land in county" this land is in Spurgeon, Indiana. Spurgeon is just north of Lynville, which is about a 1hr. West of Louisville, KY. and about 1/2hr east of Evansville, IN. just north of I-64. This land is now used for Hunting, Fishing and Off-Road Vehicle use. Please e-mail these two people and let them know that we want to keep the land open to ATV's as well as hunting and fishing. I know some people do not live in this area but any e-mail would help keep this land open for us to ride on and are children someday. Please help keep this great riding area open.
