How To Contact Rick Ritter/RCR
#1
I have made SEVERAL attempts to E-Mail RCR using the e-mail address posted on their site.... But, have as of yet to receive any resonses... One was about two weeks ago, the other was about 3 months ago... Does anybody have another way of contacting them?.. Granted, I COULD call.... But I thought thats what this infernal machine i'm sitting here infront of is for.. hahaha...

Do not despair. RCR is a very small operation, trying to serve thousands of customers daily. He only has like 2-3 guys on staff, and even has his wife out in the shop helping out at times!
Honestly the best way is to call him. 99.9% of the time he asnwers. And, with him working 12 hour days nearly 6 (sometimes 7) days a week he's not that hard to get ahold of.

I guess I was lucky to have my email answered the next day. I figured these guys were pretty busy when all he typed in response to my question was "yes"
Robert, once you order your part it will be there in about 3 days, thats all it took to get my stem bushing
