Well i finaly did it I snaped my full floorboard on my 500ho and I mean snaped it. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or pics of this done cause I cannot afford 2-3 hundred dollars on oem parts any help is greatly apprecieated.

 

I know where your comming from. I have snapped both of mine on my 600. Did not do them both at the same time. I had my problems when I was creating new trails. Backing up over snapped trees that I had push over. One touch on that plastic, and BAM, it's all over but the crying. I think you maybe stuck going back w/the oem though. By the time you go through the time tring to create a new set your self, you will probably have the same amount of $ as you would have just buying it. I found this site a month or two ago. See if they will have a better price for you than your local dealer. partsland.com
