Which hose do you put the cooling fins on the inlet or the outlet, or does it not matter which. Thanx

 

best to on the hotter side i would guess.. i have one... mine and most others are run on the left side going into the bottom of the Radiator.

 

the directions said to put them after the thermostat.

 

Im expecting to get my water cooler in tomorrow. Sandman430, puting it after the thermostat would be what jetjock16 said right??

Also, is there a trick to getting it on, just so you dont have to empty out all your coolant.

The top hose is the one after the thermostat. This is the "hot" side where the hot coolant returns to the radiator to be cooled. The lower left hose is the return line, or the "cool" side. Put it on the "hot" side or you are wasting your time.
