there are a lot of companies that make quality exhaust systems. i personally selected the rcr stage 1 from rick ritter. i chose it on replies posted here and it was the best for the price. check past forums, thats the best advice. call the companies and talk to them before you buy. better to find out what type of customer service they have before they get your money. also consider are you trying to get the absolute most out of the mods, or just a boost from what you have. whatever you choose, enjoy! one improvemnet i can recommend is a new front bumper. for some reason mine had a adverse reaction to an oak tree good luck

I am not sure whether or not the RCR stage one kit is applys to the 4 strokes or not. If it does, that is your best way to go. If not, RCR probably has something else that will work for ya. HSP has an exhaust for the TB325. Kinda pricy though at $325 I don't know whether or not HPD has anything for the TB325

if you get an aftermarket bumper , let me know what type you get. i wanted a dg but cant find one for the 2000. as far as reliability, mines been great. change the oil, grease the zerks, check the air filter and spark plug, thats all ive had to do. the rsr is for the 4 stroke, check out www.rittercyle.com, the kit is 325.00 and includes shiping and is everthing you need (exhaust, silencer, clutching, jets, air filter, and air box mods)

Pro Armor makes a sharp looking front bumper for the Boss. Might check it out.
