its been done before and i believe someone sells a turbo kit for the raptor. turbo's are universal and not application specific, manifolds usually are and even those can be fab'd to work in some cases.

If it was possible do u think it might have to much pressure on the engine.B/C i was thinking on putting it on my quadzilla,and its a 2stroke.So I might not do it, but just something to look at.I would like to see a quad with turbo.See how its put together.

It would be hard to make it work on a 2-stroke single as the pulse isnt as great as a twin. There are countless banshee's running around with turbo systems. Running upwards of 26lbs of boost and over 160 horses. All on a 350 UNPORTED motor with STOCK carbs. Talk to dan at A&S, he is the turbo guru

Just to let you know something, there is a kid in the "letters" section(Page 23) of the August '03 edition of Dirtwheels with a turbo off a Caravan on his Blaster.......yeah I said Blaster.

I remember reading Dirt Wheels? Where they had a guy out of Costa Rica making complete kits with intercoolers for Raptors and 400EXs. Pretty much it doubled the HP with the rappy getting 70+ hp and the EX getting 50+HP. It would be pretty sweet.
